We hate this kind of news

by

This is not the type of disaster that Trashy Celebs likes to report on. Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and DJ AM Adam Goldstein were passengers on a jet crash that occurred in Columbia, SC late Friday night. Four other people died in the crash; reportedly one of those who died was Travis Barker’s assistant, but this hasn’t been confirmed.

Like I said, The Trash Talkers prefer to write about disasters such as the MTV Video Music Awards and Tila Tequila’s latest television show, not actual disasters like plane crashes where people were hurt or killed. Our sincere condolences to the families affected by this tragedy. Our thoughts are also with Travis Barker’s children and our hopes are that their daddy will have a fast recovery.

Suck. David Foster Wallace died over the weekend, too. He was one of my classmate’s favorite counterculture writers, and he committed suicide.

    i hate deaths.

I’m pleased to note, however, that Amy and Bob are expecting another baby in two to four weeks, this one called “Owen”, and very shortly, they will have two little boys who can be referred to as “X” and “O.”

“It’s kind of cheesy,” Amy said. “But we don’t care.”

    xo!
