Tori Amos kicks ass and kicks bitches out of her show
If there’s one thing we don’t talk enough about on Trashy Celebs it’s music. No, I’m not talking about the actions of musicians like when Britney drops her kids on cement while shotgunning a beer and showing her cooter, I’m talking about actual music. Take Tori Amos for instance. I’ve been a Tori fan since freshman year of college. She’s kind of a hometown girl makes good since she’s kind of from Baltimore…Ok, Silver Spring, MD but she did live in Baltimore for awhile. And you must admit she is super hot.
Well maybe not so much during that Y Kant Tori Read fiasco
but after she realized she wasn’t in a Whitesnake video, babe-city. I even remember wanting to be the piano stool she gyrates on while playing the piano years before I realized I was gay…ok, I was pretty sure I was gay at that point but it sounds better the other way.
Anyway, I wasn’t into her past couple efforts the way I was into an Under the Pink or Little Earthquakes but I have heard some of her new album American Doll Posse and I really dig it. I’ll let this serve as a reminder to myself to buy that off of iTunes.
And Tori is still fierce and crazy. Check out this youtube video from her San Diego concert a couple nights ago. The best part comes at around 2:25 when she goes apeshit on a couple of girls in the front row. Apparently they kept getting up during her songs and Ms. Tori was having none of that.
If you don’t want to watch the video she actually stops in the middle of her song Code Red looks at the girls and says “Get the fuck out of my show! It’s a privilege to sit in the front row and I reserve those seats for people who appreciate music, get the fuck out!” You go Tori! I’m guessing you’ve lost a couple of fans but you don’t want those types anyway.

Wow, ive read alot about this incident today trying to figure out what happened, because i just found out about it today(way late)and i wanted to know what happened. And i have to say, your entry about the situation, was by far the best ive read, its hilarious,and not bitchy like all the others. thanks for having a sense of humor i had a terrible weekend and i needed a laugh. and btw, im a huge tori fan,so im also glad that somebody else wasnt being all bitchy about it, and actually could understand where she was coming from.
