Lane Garrison, best know for playing ‘Tweener’ on Fox’s show Prison Break was arraigned in Los Angeles yesterday on charges of vehicular manslaughter. The December accident tragically killed a 17 year-old boy and seriously injured two 15 year-old girls. Garrison, 26, had met the three at a grocery store then accompanied them to a Beverly Hills party and now could possibly face six years in prison for his Almost Famous moment.
Free on one hundred thousand dollars bail, Garrison has reportedly been busy in lieu of his April 11th trial. In a bizarre art meets life moment, TC has learned of a Prison Breakesque plan to avoid having a six-year snuggle bunny cell-mate like his character on the show. Garrison reportedly showed up at Buck’s Tattoo Shack on Wilshire Blvd wanting the image below that was drawn on an In and Out Burger napkin tattooed on his body.

The intricacies of Garrison’s escape plan are not known but it’s safe to say he ain’t getting far.
